Eggless banana mousse (pronounced: moose) is one of those desserts which can be prepared in a jiffy. But the wait for it to chill is the hard part. I love to lap up this dessert as soon as it is ready. Try not to finish all of this eggless banana mousse, creamy decadence before it has a chance to chill 🙂
Add any kind of toppings you like, chocolate chips, grated chocolate, cherries, strawberries. It is light and airy and very, very, very tasty!
It is a delight to eat this dessert as it has bananas (most people love this humble fruit). Of course, what can go wrong by adding cream. Cream makes everything so rich and creamy *wink* (calorie alert)!

Here I have added chocolate beans, chocolate sprinkles, white chocolate shavings and dry rose petals. Use any your heart wants or just serve it plain and simple but chilled 🙂 Also the light colour is because I have used organic unrefined sugar which gives a light tanned tinge.
- ½ Cup full fat cream like Amul or Nestle
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1½ Tbsp regular white granulated sugar/organic cane sugar
- Chocolate chips
- Chocolate coffee beans
- Sprinkles
- White chocolate/dark chocolate shavings
- Rose petals etc
- Take about ⅓ Cup of cream in a bowl and add sugar
- Whip up cream with sugar till light and soft peaks are formed with a whisk
- Blend ripe bananas till smooth in a blender without any liquid
- Add rest of the cream and lightly blend
- Fold banana mixture into the whipped cream lightly
- Top up with fun toppings
- Refrigerate and serve!
