Rich, decadent, eggless banana mousse, creamy and delightful
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup full fat cream like Amul or Nestle
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1½ Tbsp regular white granulated sugar/organic cane sugar
Toppings Ideas:
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chocolate coffee beans
  • Sprinkles
  • White chocolate/dark chocolate shavings
  • Rose petals etc
Method
  1. Take about ⅓ Cup of cream in a bowl and add sugar
  2. Whip up cream with sugar till light and soft peaks are formed with a whisk
  3. Blend ripe bananas till smooth in a blender without any liquid
  4. Add rest of the cream and lightly blend
  5. Fold banana mixture into the whipped cream lightly
  6. Top up with fun toppings
  7. Refrigerate and serve!
Notes
Do not overbeat cream mixture it might turn into butter

Blend bananas till smooth, do not add any milk or liquid

This recipe can be doubled or tripled. Adjust sweetness as per your taste

Whip up cream using a stand mixer and whisk attachment or hand held electric whisk
