Mix all together till well blended with 2 spoons to scrape or use a small spatula
Spread the bread slices on a working surface. Add a small dollop (a heaped Tsp or so!) of cinnamon butter mixture on each bread slice
Spread evenly like smearing butter on toast
On a heated skillet/tawa, toast till golden
Serve warm with a drizzle of golden syrup or honey on top with some fruits of your choice. I have also tried this with some vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert (that cannot be bad at all!)
Notes
The bread slices can also be broiled in 180 deg C oven for 7-8 minutes or till done
Smear on both sides if you want and toast
Make sure butter is soft before spreading or mixing, it makes a difference
Increase number of toasts by just doubling the quantities of ingredients
Brown sugar gives a nice caramel flavour to the toasts, use regular if you want
Use any kind of soft bread you want
