Yogurt Dill Sandwich

Sandwich sometimes is a godsend! It truly is a great recipe for hungry kids and for those hunger pangs 🙂 A sandwich is very easy to prepare more often than not. Involving kids too in the process is always fun and they get to learn how to make food. Cold sandwiches are even more easy like this yogurt dill sandwich.
Yogurt dill sandwich has a creamy yogurt and dill leaves spread. Lightly toasted bread slices can be used or plain old bread can be used. Trim off the edges of a favourite kind of bread you like, brown, whiet, multigrain or seeded. Spread the creamy spread and close the lid of the sandwich and you are good to go.

Try my whole wheat bread recipe to make this delicious yogurt dill sandwich. You can also add some red chilli flakes for extra kick and maybe even skip garlic if preferred. Here I have use hung curd which will will give you a thick yet creamy texture. You can also use thick creamy Greek yogurt as well. Try more sandwich recipes on FOI:
