Veg chapathi rolls are basically chapathis stuffed with some well seasoned sauteed vegetables and rolled into small pieces. A few bites and one roll is down. It makes kids feel accomplished and is a very good way of feeding them some vegetables.

Hummus veg wraps
Aloo paneer veg kathi rolls
- ½ Tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 chopped clove of garlic
- ½ sliced green capsicum/bell pepper
- 1 small grated carrot
- ½ Cup shredded cabbage
- ¼ Tsp pounded black pepper
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Chapathi dough as required or leftover chapathis
- In a pan, melt butter
- Add chopped garlic and saute
- Shred carrot and cabbage and chop capsicum/bell pepper
- Saute green capsicum/bell pepper for a few seconds
- Add shredded carrot and cabbage and mix well
- Season with salt and black pepper powder
- Cover and cook till the vegetables soften
- Lastly add ketchup and mix well, this is the filling
- Roll out chapathis from the dough
- Roast chapathi till golden
- Make all chapathis and set aside
- To make chapathi rolls, line up some filling
- Roll into a tight roll
- Cut into half or thirds and serve!
Adjust seasoning as per your taste, for extra kick add hot sauce or chilli flakes
Serve with some yogurt or a dip like tzatziki
You can add other vegetables like shredded cauliflower, broccoli or even some crumbled paneer

In a pan, melt butter
Add chopped garlic and saute
Shred carrot and cabbage and chop capsicum/bell pepper
Saute green capsicum/bell pepper for a few seconds
Add shredded carrot and cabbage and mix well
Season with salt and black pepper powder
Cover and cook till the vegetables soften
Lastly add ketchup and mix well, this is the filling
Roll out chapathis from the dough
Roast chapathi till golden
Make all chapathis and set aside
To make chapathi rolls, line up some filling
Roll into a tight roll
Cut into half or thirds and serve!
