To sweeten these strawberry banana popsicles I have used honey but if you want use sugar. Honey is definitely a healthier option. Honey goes really well with bananas.
These popsicles are very easy to make but the wait for these to get frozen is not. Don’t be tempted to open the freezer door. Wait patiently to later enjoy these juicy, creamy popsicles.

- 2 Cups strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 2-3 Tbsp cream (optional)
- Gather all ingredients. Wash strawberries
- Hull strawberries and keep aside (hulling is removing green part and the white button below it)
- Dice banana and add into a blender. Blitz till smooth
- Next add strawberries and blend again till smooth and creamy
- Pour honey and blend again
- Next pour in fresh cream and whisk or blend till smooth
- Pour into a pouted container
- Slowly pour into popsicle moulds
- Tap once to release air bubbles, pop on the lids and insert sticks
- Freeze for atleast 6-8 hours
- To de-mould, keep the frozen popsicles mould tray at room temperature for a few minutes De-mould and enjoy!
Add sugar for sweetening if you like
Add 2 Tbsp full cream milk (whole milk) instead of cream
Strawberry Banana Popsicles Stepwise:
