Sweet nectar as naivedya, panchamrutha with bananas and a balance of ingredients
Ingredients
  • 1½ Cups fresh full cream/whole milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • 1-2 Tsp honey
  • ½ Tsp ghee
  • 1 Tbsp curd/yogurt
  • 1 small pinch edible camphor/pachha karpoora (optional)
Method
  1. Chop the bananas finely and add them into a bowl
  2. Sprinkle sugar
  3. Next add honey and ghee
  4. Pour the curd/yogurt
  5. Also pour the milk
  6. Mix everything well till incorporated
  7. Add a small pinch of edible camphor/pachha karpoora
  8. Mix well
  9. Offer as naivedya and then serve by spoonfuls
Notes
Ensure to use ripe bananas (big bananas work well)

Edible camphor/pachha karpoora is optional, add very sparingly

Ensure the curd/yogurt is not sour but fresh and sweet
