Serves: 2 Glasses
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 5-6 deseeded dates
- 3 Cups whole/full fat milk
- 1 Tbsp oats
- In a blender, slice and add ripe bananas
- Tip in the pitted dates
- Also add a tablespoon of oats if you like
- Pour in the milk
- Blend everything into a milkshake
- Pour into glasses and serve
Ripe bananas are the best to make this milkshake
You do not need to add any extra sweetener like sugar or honey as dates are naturally sweet
Tastes best when made with chilled milk
