A creamy, sun-kissed blend of tropical sweetness and pure refreshment
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup/250 gm papaya
  • ½ Cup chilled milk + extra to adjust
  • Few ice cubes
  • Honey/Sugar to taste
  • Black pepper powder to sprinkle (optional)
  • Vanilla (optional)
Method
  1. Deseed a ripe papaya, scoop out the seeds and fibre, peel skin
  2. Chop and add into a blender/mixer jar
  3. Pour chilled milk
  4. Also add a few ice cubes
  5. Next add a sweetener of your choice, I have added honey here
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy
  7. Serve chilled
Notes
Use any milk of choice, almond milk works well

Papaya Milkshake thickens as it sits, serve chilled immediately
