Serves: 2 cups
- 1 Cup/250 gm papaya
- ½ Cup chilled milk + extra to adjust
- Few ice cubes
- Honey/Sugar to taste
- Black pepper powder to sprinkle (optional)
- Vanilla (optional)
- Deseed a ripe papaya, scoop out the seeds and fibre, peel skin
- Chop and add into a blender/mixer jar
- Pour chilled milk
- Also add a few ice cubes
- Next add a sweetener of your choice, I have added honey here
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Serve chilled
Use any milk of choice, almond milk works well
Papaya Milkshake thickens as it sits, serve chilled immediately
