Soft fluffy buns with a twist, nutella braided bread to enjoy at tea-time

These days I try to bake most things at home. But kneading the dough to make bread, buns or rolls takes some effort. Nevertheless it is worth the effort and so this time I wanted to try something a bit more fancy. So I tried a nutella braided bread which is basically bread dough filled with hazelnut chocolate spread. This is braided into a nice plait and then baked off till golden brown.
A hot cup of coffee and some ooey gooey nutella braided bread to go with it can set you right up. I know chocolate spreads are rich in calories but hey cannot hurt to make this once in a while. A small piece would not hurt anyone and share your nutella braided bread. It is just fun to make it and eat it. In fact involve kids while making this, yes a bit of mess will be on your hands to clean up later. But who’s complaining! ... “Nutella Braided Bread | Chocolate Bread | Bread Recipes”

Crisp golden yellow hued banana chips mildly flavoured with coconut oil is a delicacy. Those perfectly fried chips have a sweet taste and the light pungency of coconut oil rounds up the flavours. Can I say that I like banana chips better than potato chips (may be not, I love them both!). I love making banana chips at home, it’s very quick and easy to make.
I generally don’t fry the entire lot in coconut oil (but please do if you want). I add a few drops of coconut oil for that unmistakable flavour in my banana chips. Ensure you have kept the frying pan with hot oil on the back burner, a sincere suggestion is to not do this with small children around. Although frying on medium heat will not splutter when turmeric solution is added, it’s good be precautious. ... “Banana Chips | Plantain Chips | Kerala Banana Chips | Snack Recipes”

Rajma masala was one of the first recipes I had posted 2 years ago when I started FOI. A super yummy gravy recipe that goes well with roti or chawal. Usually I tend to make extra rajma so I can eat it with both roti and chawal. But sometimes we do get bored of roti and chawal. The answer to that boredom is this street style rajma sandwich with leftover rajma masala.
Last year when I was travelling, in my flight lunch box I had rajma masala and some bread on the side. That’s where the idea of this street style rajma sandwich dawned upon me. No fears when Street style rajma sandwich recipe is soon yours, cheeky eh 😛
