First of all, I would like to say that I am back from a brief hiatus from blogging after my maternity break. So, to start with a simple recipe for new mothers. A quick stir fry is what is sometimes required to lift the flavours in a meal. I would say it is only second to a spicy chutney to make as an accompaniment to cleanse the palate.
