Then this is the recipe for you, of course it is not completely devoid of calories as it does have potatoes as the main ingredient for the filling and also a bit of butter smeared over the samosas. But that is hardly anything compared to the calories one gets from deep fried ones. Moreover the outer covering is made  entirely from  whole wheat (atta) which makes it that much more healthy and guilt free. Ditch those office samosa parties and make them at home.  Follow stepwise to see how to fold into samosas. I am not an expert in making perfect samosas, I have tried to illustrate easy ways of folding the samosas. Doing it a few times will give you confidence. It looks both like soft idli and crisp dosa, tastes like dosa and a little soft inside. Make this instead of dosa or idli for a weekend morning breakfast. Making paddu needs a special type of pan which looks like an idli plate but is like a non-stick or cast iron skillet/tawa. Roasted Red Bell Pepper Avocado Grilled Cheese

Red bell pepper & avocado grilled cheese with caramelized onions & honey mustard sauce
04/27/2016 6:30:00 AM vindhyadesai

Sandwiches are a very popular snack liked by both kids and adults. The ways to make a sandwich are endless. Let me share a little anecdote with you all about the origin of sandwiches. I read this little story in a supermarket cafe near my home. Sandwich was apparently invented when a snack was demanded by an Earl from his chef. The Earl wanted a snack for which he would not have had to use a fork and knife to cut his food. The chef thought about serving bread and vegetables in this unique way and thus the ‘sandwich’ came into being.
For this sandwich I have used roasted sweet red bell pepper, healthy and tasty avocado, creamy honey mustard sauce and cheese sandwiched between toasted slices of multi grain-seed bread. ... “Roasted Red Bell Pepper Avocado Grilled Cheese”
