Hummus Wraps

Hummus is one of the best condiments there can ever be. Loaded with proteins and very tasty. Turning this condiment, into hummus wraps, nice idea isn’t it? It has loads of fresh vegetables. Caramelized onions add a little something something to these hummus wraps.
They are super easy to assemble and make for an easy on-the-go lunch. Avocados take these wraps to the next level making them succulent and wholesome. Some good fats lined up in the form of avocados and olive oil in hummus.

These hummus wraps are filling and satisfying. It is an easy make-ahead recipe and keeps you full! I have used store bought whole wheat organic wraps here. Wraps can be easily made at home too with whole wheat flour chapathi/roti/pita bread dough. Anything you have on hand, really!
Add any kind of fillings you like, here I have added coloured capsicum/bell peppers, lettuce leaves for crunch. All rolled up into a warm wrap and served. Cut along the diagonal to reveal the fillings and enjoy! Try these spinach avocado corn quesadillas, avocado grilled pepper sandwich, avocado lettuce tomato sandwich and other snack recipes from FOI!
