Notes
Use any kind of bell pepper, green, orange, red or yellow

Plunge the bell peppers in ice water for easy removal of their blackened charred skin

Pepper can be roasted whole, just prick the bell pepper with a fork to avoid a bell pepper mess in your oven

Retain the seeds if you want but for sweet roasted bell peppers remove and discard the seeds

Once roasted and cooled, chop them up and freeze them in a freezer safe food bag and use as required. Use within a month
