  • Nuts or dried fruits of your choice (almonds, cashews, raisins, cherries, hazelnuts) Optional
  • Flavouring of your choice (vanilla, orange, mint, chilli, coffee) Optional
Method
  1. Gather all chocolates. Unwrap and get them out to be all melted together into one beautiful liquid!
  2. Chop them all up so that they all melt nice and evenly
  3. Get a double boiler ready. Keep a vessel half filled with water and bring it to a simmer
  4. Add chopped chocolates into a glass bowl
  5. Keep the glass bowl on top of simmering water. Make sure water does not touch bottom of bowl
  6. It takes only a few seconds to melt all chocolate
  7. Once it starts to melt, take off from heat
  8. Mix well to melt evenly and make a nice smooth even liquid. Now stop yourself from licking some of this chocolate. Don't get any wild ideas like plunging your head in this liquid :)
  9. Get any silicone mould of your choice. Nice and clean. Spray some baking spray or just use a little oil. Not necessary but we want our chocolates whole and nice!
  10. Now start spooning melted chocolate into these moulds. Work quickly
  11. Place a nut or two of your choice
  12. Place the mould sheet in the refrigerator and let it set. Takes about half an hour or so. If it feels wet keep it for some more time
  13. Enjoy these mini melt in the mouth chocolates
Notes
Chocolate can also be melted in a microwave oven. Melt in 20s bursts and mix in between, it takes only about a minute to melt all chocolate

Add flavouring when chocolate has melted. Just a drop or two would be enough

You can even chop up the nuts and mix them in melted chocolate

Make sure it is not warm and humid where you are working and also keep way water sources
