Serves: 2 glasses
- ½ Cup mango pulp or 1 diced mango
- 1 Cup thick buttermilk
- ¼ Cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
- ½ Tsp sugar
- Tutti frutti to serve on top (optional)
- Take mango pulp in blender
- Add thick buttermilk and yogurt
- Add salt to taste
- Add sugar
- Blend till smooth
- Serve chilled with tutti frutti pieces on top, sprinkle elaichi powder if desired
Adjust sweetness as per your taste
Add malai/cream on top if desired
