Thick creamy mango lassi
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup mango pulp or 1 diced mango
  • 1 Cup thick buttermilk
  • ¼ Cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp sugar
  • Tutti frutti to serve on top (optional)
Method
  1. Take mango pulp in blender
  2. Add thick buttermilk and yogurt
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Add sugar
  5. Blend till smooth
  6. Serve chilled with tutti frutti pieces on top, sprinkle elaichi powder if desired
Notes
Adjust sweetness as per your taste

Add malai/cream on top if desired
