Creamy smooth and delicious frozen mango dessert, mango froyo
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup beaten/whisked thick yogurt/Greek yogurt
  • 250 Gm cubed mangoes
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tsp lime juice
  • ½ Tbsp zested lime
Method
  1. Gather all the ingredients, cubed mango, honey, lime and yogurt
  2. Wash, wipe and zest the green part of the lime
  3. In a blender, add cubed mango
  4. Next pour thick yogurt
  5. Some sweet runny honey can go in next
  6. Blend all ingredients into a smooth and thick mixture
  7. Squeeze in juice of half the zested lime and add in a little zested lime
  8. Pour the blended mixture into a pan
  9. Tap the pan on the counter lightly to remove air bubbles
  10. Next cover with cling wrap or lid
  11. Freeze this for a few hours, 5-6 hours or overnight
  12. Scoop out the frozen yogurt, sprinkle with zested lime, serve!
Notes
Ensure the yogurt is thick and sweet

Likewise also ensure the mangoes or sweet and not sour

You can also choose to add sugar instead of honey

Zest only the green part of the lime, the white part of the skin will be bitter
