Eggless Strawberry Banana Crepes | Eggless Crepes

Serves: 2-3 people
- ½ Cup all purpose flour/maida
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 pinch baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- ¾ Cup milk + extra as required
- 1 Tsp good vanilla
- 1 ripe banana
- 4-5 strawberries
- ½ Tbsp brown sugar/organic cane sugar
- Few drops good vanilla
- 2 Tbsp cream
- Chocolate chips as required
- In a bowl, add the all purpose flour/maida
- Add baking powder and baking soda
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and the sugar
- Pour milk slowly and make into a batter, it should not be very thick
- Melt butter in a small pan
- Add melted butter into the batter
- Next add some good vanilla for a nice flavour
- Slice the banana and dice the strawberries
- Sprinkle some sugar onto the fruits and mix well
- Add few drops of vanilla
- Heat a tawa or skillet
- Pour a ladleful of crepe batter and spread into a thin crepe
- Let it cook
- When underside is cooked, flip and cook for a few seconds
- Flip again
- Add a spoonful of fruits onto the crepe
- Next add a small spoon of cream
- Sprinkle a few choco chips
- Fold as shown
- Serve immediately!
Do not overbeat the batter, lightly mix
Using a non-stick tawa is best to make crepes or season well with some butter
Use any filling of your choice, or just serve with some honey and bananas on the side
