Serves: 1 Cup
- ½ Cup grated coconut
- 1 pinch hing
- 4 chillies
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp water
- ½ Tsp coconut oil
- ¼ Tsp mustard
- Few curry leaves
- In a mixer jar add grated coconut
- Throw in the green chilli, curry leaves and hing
- Add salt to taste
- Grind without water
- Add yogurt and little water blend again
- Mix chutney with beaten ½ Cup yogurt
- Make tadka with coconut oil, mustard, curry leaves
- Pour tadka over chutney, serve!
Ensure you have smooth, sweet, fresh curd/yogurt
Adjust chillies as per your taste
You can also add little jeera and pepper while grinding the chutney, sometimes I add little mustard too
